Online Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Anne-Paige purchase, you may return it for Store Credit or Exchange Only within 14 days of original purchase.
Items are eligible for return if:
*All items are un-used, un-washed, un-altered and have original tags still attached.
*Clearance items and accessories are FINAL SALE.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us at Anne-Paige. All claims must be made within 7 days of purchase date.
Credit will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and merchandise must be shipped back at the cost of the customer.
Exchanges: Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we can't guarantee an exchange. We recommend placing a new order for merchandise exchange immediately before waiting on store credit to be issued.

We suggest that you send items back using a method with a tracking number. Anne-Paige is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.
Once we receive your item(s), they will be processed within 2 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.
In Store Pick Up: All orders placed online that selected our In Store Pick Up option must come by the store within 30 days of the original purchase date to claim your package. After the 30 days, order will be forfeited and no credit and/or refund will be issued.
